Account & sign-in

If you can’t sign in with Apple or Google, confirm you’re using the same provider and email as when you created your account, then try again after restarting the app.

Pairing with your partner

Both people need an account. Use the in-app invite flow to connect. If a code or link expires, generate a new invite from the app.

Subscriptions & billing

nomi subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To change or cancel, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Restore purchases from the nomi paywall if your access doesn’t appear after reinstalling.

Notifications

Enable notifications in iOS Settings → nomi if you’re missing alerts. Delivery also depends on your partner’s activity and notification preferences.

Delete your account

You can request account deletion from in-app account settings, or email us and we’ll help remove your account and associated personal data.
